I’m Arto from Mäntsälä, a civil engineer who’s been interested in woodwork since schooldays. Nowadays
I make decorations and many kind of products from wood.
I pick different patterned and colored woods as the materials to make my jewelry boxes and chessboards
etc. very unique.
I make traditional tools that process wool into yarn like wool cards and drop spindles. My specialty also
includes the restoration of old spinning tools.
