Brew good tea with a Aster tea strainer

Pauliina Rundgren HandiCraft's Aster Tea Strainer is a practical and stylish tool for making good tea. This does not need to be hidden in the cabinet immediately after use! You can enjoy a pleasant tea moment by brewing tea with this aesthetically beautiful strainer, in the spacious strainer of which the aromas of the tea are well released. At the same time, it keeps even the small crumbs of the tea leaf out of the tea. Place the tea strainer with collars on top of the teapot or cup, dispense the appropriate amount of tea and pour over the hot water. Remember that you get the best tea when you consider the right water temperature for each type of tea! The tea strainer is handy to lift off after brewing by holding the strainer on the collar and without burning your fingers. When you place the tea strainer to dry on top of a cup or bowl, the tea leaves are easy to shake after cooling off. You can also brew a second serving of tea on the same leaves.

Cleaning the tea strainer
The Aster tea strainer is easy to clean. Lift the strainer off the collar and rinse or wash it by hand or in the dishwasher if necessary. A gentle hand wash is enough for the collar part. The bottom of the collar has a natural cork coating that insulates against heat conduction; the collar does not heat up and the tea water does not cool down! The cork surface is resistant to heat, moisture and short-term wetting. However, do not soak the collar or wash it in the dishwasher. Note! Remember that good tea enjoyment comes from quality tea, a good tea brewing tool, fresh water, the right brewing time and the right water temperature!

Black tea: Water temperature 90-100 degrees. Brewing time 3-4 minutes.

Green tea: Water temperature 80 degrees. Brewing time 2 minutes.

White tea: Water temperature 70-80 degrees. Brewing time 2-3 minutes.

Oolong tea: Water temperature 80-100 degrees.. Brewing time 2-4 minutes.

Check the water temperature and brewing time in the tea jar.
